Guidelines Because we want everyone to enjoy the peace and quiet of Glen Lake, we have set some guidelines to help keep the promise of a clean cottage/apartment and to ensure a quiet family-style atmosphere.
Check in: 2:00pm Check out: 10:00am sharp Elizabeth House Friday-to-Friday Dorsey Cottages Saturday-to-Saturday
Check out condition: Please leave the cottage/apartment in the same condition as you found it.
Occupancy: Five people including infants. Please do not assume you may bring guests that have not been pre-registered.
Day Guests: All are welcome, however, please use considerable consideration in the number of guests and the length of their stay.
All Quiet: 11:00pm - 8:30am
Sorry, no pets, tents or jet skies.
Reservations We strongly advise that you make reservations before visiting the Glen Lake area, especially in the summer months.
You may make reservations with us by simply calling: 231-334-4151 for Dorsey Cottages or 231-334-3419 for Elizabeth House faxing: 231-334-3419 emailing: [email protected]
To hold your reservation: A deposit of half the rental amount is required. We are not set up to accept credit cards; therefore, we will hold your reservation 7 days awaiting the arrival of your check.
Cancellation/Deposit Return Policy: If at any time you should need to cancel your reservation, 80% of your deposit will be returned if/when your entire reservation is re-rented. Please be assured that we will make every attempt to re-rent your reservation, for we will have a 50% unrecoverable loss for that week if we can't.
